Following the success of the 'Drinks on the Clarence' earlier this year, a champagne barbecue breakfast was held on Sunday morning, 2nd October 2011, to co-incide with the Bridge to Bridge ski classic on the October long weekend. It was held at the riverside home of Joyce and Geoff Betts guaranteeing a first class view of the start of the race.
